Supported by a sacred Circle in which each participant is acknowledged as a teacher and healer, facilitators and individuals who have chosen this forum will have the opportunity to have personal constellations to identify and resolve blind spots which would hinder their ability as a facilitator.  Participants have opportunity to find the support in the Circle to remove barriers which prevent them from fully enjoying a deep sense of well-being and success in life.

Introducing the basics of family constellation and facilitation, this training expands to include Nature Constellations, Community Constellations, Ritual and Ceremony in Constellation, Individual work using Constellation, Organizational & Career Constellation, Constellation as Meditation & Visualization, and an in depth survey of literature and resources for ongoing facilitator and personal development. 

This is an intensive training and healing journey which explores respect, permission, self-care, vision and service.  Trainees immediately begin working in the knowing field and the training is highly interactive.  Are you called to this Circle? 

Francesca has trained with numerous Masters of Family & Human Systems Constellation as well as her own Elders and aboriginal teachers.  Her writing on Family Constellation and Indigenous Fields has been published in English and German.  She is on faculty for the International Intensive Workshop on Systemic Resolutions in Penzburg, Germany (May 2010) and has facilitated or taught in Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Singapore, Holland, Australia and the United States.
