Working Group for Systematic Resolutions

Bert Hellinger originally discovered the value of using constellations to explore hidden dynamics in relationship systems as well as the embedded laws governing the success of love. Building on his pioneering work, the International Intensive Workshop gathers an outstanding faculty comprised of the most experienced facilitators to offer an opportunity to learn this wonderful approach to working with relationship systems. Our belief is that there are many different ways to facilitate constellations effectively. The large faculty together with the multi-cultural community of learners provides a variety of perspectives and interests, and is a perfect opportunity to experience different approaches in action. In addition to stylistic variety, the faculty shares a deep commitment to personal integrity, openness to innovation and to continuing learning through dialog and careful observation. The workshop is designed to help participants understand the hidden systemic orders of love operating in human relationship systems and the powerful resolutions to conflict that this understanding can make possible. It is organized to facilitate learning for persons from differing cultures, and with various levels of experience. The course language is English.

Eligibility
Although the workshop is intended primarily for psychotherapists, practitioners of other helping professions including counselors, clergy, community workers, teachers and consultants, will be accepted. It is the responsibility of each participant to limit the application of this approach to those clients and situations for which he or she has the appropriate qualifications. This workshop does not qualify participants to practice psychotherapy, and the certificate, which will be issued, is a certificate of participation only.

Faculty

The core faculty is composed of the most experienced facilitator/trainers of the first generation along with outstanding innovators from the second and third generations. The staff this year includes: Guni Baxa, Francesca Boring, Christine Blumenstein-Essen, Judith Hemming, Jane Peterson, Victoria Schnabel, Albrecht Mahr, Jakob Schneider, Stephan Hausner, Gunthard Weber. Hunter Beaumont is again the program director, the organizer and guiding spirit for the workshop. Lutz Bessel is the program administrator.
