Gratefulness- Word for the Day

Gratefulness

In walking with Family Constellation, Constellation as Ceremony, Nature Constellations, Human Systems Constellation, and even Organizational Constellations one is struck by the power of gratefulness.  Being grateful to be a part of life, the chain of life, and grateful that life always allows for growth and change.

In the interest of nurturing that perspective this is something you may wish to explore.

Example of previous quotation provided on Gratefulness.org :  An optimist isn’t necessarily a blithe, sappy whistler in the dark.  To be hopeful in bad times is not just foolishly romantic.  If we remember those times and places where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us energy to act and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction.

“When I lived in South Africa, someone told me what the longest Road in Africa is.  It’s not the road from Cairo to Capetown, it’s the way from your head to your heart.”  -Bert Hellinger ( Supporting Love: How Love Works in Couple Relationships, Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, 2001 )
